The FIT Care Team works together to establish a coordinated point of contact for providing support to students in distress. Any member of the FIT community may report if they are troubled by student behavior that could be construed concerning to the student or to others.
All members of the FIT community have a responsibility to report concerns if they have a reasonable basis for suspecting, witnessing, or experiencing illegal, fraudulent, or other inappropriate conduct that violates any governmental regulation or college policy. FIT provides multiple ways to report.
See: Reporting Suspected Misconduct
Members of the FIT community may report concerns with their workspaces or classrooms (including, but not limited to, HVAC, window or shade repair, fire alarm or outlet malfunctions, etc.) by submitting a request via MyFIT.
Within MyFIT, select “Facilities Maintenance Work Order Request” on the Web Resources tab. (Log in required.)

It is the right of any FIT employee covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement to report a violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of any of the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. A report may, but need not, constitute a grievance and every effort shall be made by the complainant to resolve issues informally with their supervisor.
