Email Signature Guidelines

FIT email is to be used for official college business. Email format and signatures are a reflection of your professional position at the college. Email fonts, for both the body and signature block, should use the default Google sans serif font and not be modified.

Please use one of the following formats for your email signature. Note that your name, title, and department—either on its own or as a component of your title—are mandatory. The college's mailing address, phone numbers, your email address, FIT social media channels, and web addresses are optional and may be included if you wish.

Please do not include any additional information in your email signature.

The FIT logo should not be animated with any other graphic image. Animated GIFs that loop are not accessible and should not appear in your email. See: Accessible Emails
