Welcome Email
After you register for your first noncredit class, you will receive a Welcome Email. The email will contain:

FIT ID Cards
All FIT students require an FIT ID card to gain campus entry to access in-person courses, the FIT Library, the PrintFX Lab, and other available on-campus resources.
Adult, noncredit students will receive their non-credit ID card from the Instructor on the first night of class. To enter the building on the first night, students must show Public Safety proof of registration at the Feldman Center entrance, located under the blue arch on 27th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues.
Class Locations and Supplies
Your class will take place on FIT's 27th Street campus or online.
Before the first class meeting, click on your course category (CTD, SUS, SXB, etc.) and find your course to view the location and room assignment. Listings are updated daily with any changes. Course supplies will be also be listed under each course's description.
If your class is meeting on FIT's 27th Street campus, enter through the Feldman Center or Pomerantz Center the first time you attend.
Bring a printed copy of your registration form and a photo ID each time you need to enter an FIT building.
There are two types of classes that meet virtually:
- online, using Blackboard
- remote, using Blackboard and Webex

instructor issue, students will receive an email notification from the instructor
and/or CCPS Office regarding the class situation. Students will then receive an email
from the FIT CCPS Office on the next business day with the details for the scheduled
make-up class (typically held on the same night, on a consecutive week). Students
