Fall Orientation is a mandatory program which will prepare you for both academic and student life here at FIT and in New York City. Each day of orientation is full of programs, activities, and events designed to make your transition to FIT as seamless as possible. Attending college is an exciting chapter in your life and we are ecstatic that you have chosen to become part of the FIT community.

Students can access the orientation schedule:

  • via this Fall Orientation Schedule (.pdf)

  • via paper schedule (picked up at check-in or at the Orientation Headquarters located in the Dubinsky Student Center Lobby)

  • by downloading the CORQ app on your device and searching for "Fashion Institute of Technology" (it will not populate if you search as "FIT").  Then locate the schedule for your academic school (i.e. School of Business and Technology, Art and Design, Liberal Arts and Sciences).
