Buildings and Grounds

The Buildings and Grounds Unit maintains the college buildings and grounds through a contractual agreement with UG2. 

Staff members routinely inspect campus facilities, promptly repairing conditions that could affect safety and security, and responding to reports of potential safety and security hazards, such as broken windows or inadequate lighting. 

A locksmith assigned to this office responds to reports of defective locks and panic bar hardware to ensure that safety and security hazards are eliminated in a timely manner. 

All safety and security hazards should be promptly reported to the Buildings & Grounds Unit located in AC11, ext. 7-4420 during normal business hours, or to the Office of Campus Security 7-4999 during non-business hours.
