Working Group
The climate assessment survey was developed by Rankin and Associates in consultation with the Climate Study Working Group (CSWG). The CSWG, with support from the President, and the Diversity Council, commissioned the survey hoping to achieve 100% participation within the campus community.
The CSWG was comprised of administrators, faculty, staff and students representing all areas of the FIT community. Members:
