General Counsel and Secretary of the College
The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) provides legal counsel, representation, and oversight to the college and its affiliated entities on issues involving higher education.
Policy and Compliance coordinates regulatory and college policy compliance efforts and provides senior leadership with a comprehensive view of FIT’s compliance activities. It oversees and monitors FIT’s compliance with regulatory mandates and college policies, assists in policy development, standardizes existing policies and procedures, maintains an online policy library, and provides compliance training and education.
Internal Controls and Management Analysis
Internal Controls conducts a program of financial, operational, compliance, and IT auditing throughout FIT. The department provides independent and objective evaluation and advisement services to management. The goal is to assist management in the effective discharge of their responsibilities, adding value and provide recommendations to help improve FIT’s operations.
