Employee and Work Guidelines

Positive Tests and Reporting

All employees must immediately report a positive COVID-19 test result to FIT Health Services via the Health Services portal

If you test positive for COVID-19, you should not come to work. You may return five (5) days after a positive test or symptom onset. (The day you tested positive or noticed symptoms is considered Day 0, thus you may return to campus on Day 6.) If you continue to have symptoms after this time period, contact FIT Health Services or your physician for further guidance.

Time Off to Receive Vaccinations

Employees can use up to four hours of leave per COVID-19 vaccination and booster shot.

Employees who are parents or legal guardians of a child can use up to four hours of paid COVID-19 child vaccination time, per injection and per child. If you have any questions regarding this benefit, contact the HR Solution Center.
